Santenay benefits from dual vocations: its thermal waters and wine, which are considered gifts from the water nymph and the god of wine. This terroir is located at the very southern tip of Côte de Beaune. There is a continuity of this terroir to neighboring Rémigny. This wine presents sensitive nuances depending on the hillside.

In 228 L barrels for ten months and then five months of flavor maturation in stainless steel vats before bottling.
