Historically based in Bouzeron, Domaine Chanzy represents almost 70 hectares of vineyards certified to level 3 of the High Environmental Value standard, spread over the three Côtes de la Bourgogne. Our aim is to offer you a history built on passion, and wines that best express the magnificent terroirs of our region.

The quest for excellence begins with observation of the terroirs, and continues with long, precise and delicate work during vinification and ageing, to ensure that each climate expresses itself in the purest Burgundian tradition.

We can have several "climats" or "lieux dits" for the same appellation, each with its own character, reflecting the characteristics of each parcel.

Each parcel is harvested, vinified, aged and bottled separately.

Ageing takes place in barrels whose origins have been rigorously selected to respect the identity of each vineyard plot.
