Type

The wine is limpid and brilliant, with pale gold highlights. Its beautiful viscosity reflects richness and maturity.
The nose is expressive and seductive, opening with intense aromas of pineapple, white peach and citrus. Delicate floral notes of jasmine complete this harmonious bouquet.
On the palate, the attack is lively, carried by an elegant mineral tension that perfectly balances a round, suave and generous body. The finish is long and complex, revealing the full ripeness of the grapes.
A rich, structured and well-balanced white wine, a faithful reflection of the sunny, chalky terroir of Montagny 1er Cru.

Food & wine pairing

The richness and elegant minerality of this wine are a perfect match for dishes with delicate yet assertive flavors:
Back of cod cooked at low temperature, hollandaise sauce, white asparagus meunières: the wine's finesse and roundness balance the sweetness of the sauce and the delicacy of the asparagus, while the mineral tension underlines the freshness of the fish.
Roast pork with honey and thyme, grenaille potatoes: the wine's suave character meets the dish's sweet, herbaceous notes, creating a fine balance between generosity and freshness.
