Deep, cherry-red color. The expressive, charming nose opens with aromas of ripe fruit (fig, blackberry jam, kirsch), enriched by elegantly roasted, empyreumatic notes (woody, chocolate, coffee). More subtle touches of pepper, violet and herbaceous nuances complete a complex, refined bouquet. The palate is concentrated, suave and greedy. The long, persistent finish prolongs the aromatic harmony and reveals all the nobility of this prestigious appellation.
