Bouzeron is a commune in Burgundy, located just north of the Côte Châlonnaise. This appellation is rather special in that it's the smallest in Burgundy, with 55 hectares of vines, but it's also exceptional in that it's the only Burgundy appellation entitled to use the aligoté grape variety.
